The school Basque Taste offers a Basque cooking workshop of about five hours in Bilbao. The programme starts at the Ribera market, among the fishmongers and producers, then moves to a cooking studio where participants prepare a menu with a chef. The class is led by Paul Ibarra, the school's chef, who shares his techniques and tips with the group.
The meal, lunch or dinner depending on the timing, is served at the end of the session with a premium wine pairing. A multilingual guide accompanies the group. The workshop welcomes 1 to 20 people, which suits small groups as well as mid-sized teams.
