What a convention really requires
A plenary session, simultaneous workshops, large-scale meals and transfers at the same time. Each element depends on the others: we first establish the timetable, then the venue, then accommodation.
Choosing the venue and the region
The major cities have convention centres and high-capacity hotels. Seville, Valencia and Bilbao offer strong alternatives for mid-sized conventions. We check room availability for the season before any proposal.
Plenary, breakouts and the evening programme
We organise the flows between rooms, breaks and dinners so the day stays smooth. The evening programme is adapted to the Spanish rhythm, with dinners that are often late and wonderfully convivial.
Moving and housing several hundred people
Transfers from the airport or station are planned in waves, with clear meeting points. Rooms are allocated according to profiles and arrival times.
