Solara DMC designs, negotiates and runs corporate programmes on the ground in Spain. It is a brand of Offsite Now S.L., which stands behind the project. We work for event agencies, companies and leadership teams that need a reliable local operator and a single, well-coordinated point of contact.

Each programme is designed around the objective, headcount, budget expectations and timing. Hotels, venues and restaurants are chosen for what the group wants to experience, and every service is then detailed in writing.
Nine destinations, one standard
We cover Malaga and Marbella, Barcelona and its region, Madrid, Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Menorca, Bilbao, Seville and its region (including Punta Umbría) and Valencia. We take account of local realities: meal times, seasons, links to the islands, and national and regional holidays.
