Its creative Mediterranean cooking draws its inspiration from the island, and the restaurant holds a Michelin star. Three formats await your guests: a tasting menu of the chef's signature dishes, a tasting menu that evolves around Ibiza, and an à la carte selection. Eden is the restaurant of the Hacienda Na Xamena hotel, on the north-west coast of the island near San Miguel. The Los Nidos rooftop offers 360-degree sunset views, the most iconic space to welcome a group. The hotel hosts corporate dinners and private meals, along with meetings in the amphitheatre, meeting rooms and the open-air La Finca Na Xamena. The estate can be privatised in full or in part, and the rooftop nidos can be reserved privately for your event. Aubergine by Atzaró

Sant Miquel, entre Santa Gertrudis et Sant Miquel

Aubergine occupies a traditional finca in north Ibiza, on the road from Santa Gertrudis to Sant Miquel. The restaurant belongs to the Atzaró group. Its farm-to-table menu follows the seasons: rustic salads, aubergine carpaccio, bowls and organic wines, with water purified on site. The venue has several dining rooms within the finca, pergola-covered terraces with indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and a garden. It is a rural setting made for a team lunch or dinner.
