Aubergine by Atzaró

Aubergine occupies a traditional finca in north Ibiza, on the road from Santa Gertrudis to Sant Miquel. The restaurant belongs to the Atzaró group. Its farm-to-table menu follows the seasons: rustic salads, aubergine carpaccio, bowls and organic wines, with water purified on site. The venue has several dining rooms within the finca, pergola-covered terraces with indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and a garden. It is a rural setting made for a team lunch or dinner. Sa Capella occupies a restored 16th-century chapel in the hills above Sant Antoni de Portmany. Reopened by the Anadón family, behind the Mambo group, it keeps the character of a place with real history. The cooking is fine dining: a raw bar with oysters, wood-fire grills (meats, chicken, lamb), fish and lobster. Service opens every evening from 7 pm, with dinner seatings designed so each table can enjoy a relaxed meal. For larger groups, our team can extend the dining time, so the evening can unfold at its own pace.
