- Duration
- About 3 to 4 hours (market and workshop)
- Group size
- 8–30 pax
- Destinations
- Granada & Sierra Nevada
Granada cooks with simple, carefully chosen produce: seasonal vegetables, cured ham, cheeses and the local olive oil. The class starts with a walk through a covered market in the city centre, where the group learns to recognise the produce, smell it and ask the stallholders for advice.
Then the team moves into a fully equipped kitchen. In small groups, everyone prepares one or two recipes: a gazpacho or salmorejo, a tortilla, croquetas or pimientos de Padrón. A professional cook explains the techniques, the cooking times and the pairings, then the group plates the dishes and shares them at the table.
For a team, the workshop works as a bonding moment: roles get shared out, everyone tastes what the others have made, and people leave with the recipes. We adapt the menu to the size of the group and to any dietary requirements shared in advance.
