Why choose Granada and Sierra Nevada
- A congress city with an exceptional heritage: your participants dine and stroll within walking distance of the Alhambra.
- The Sierra Nevada 33 km away: a day of skiing or hiking fits easily alongside a seminar in the city.
- A congress centre at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos, for plenaries and parallel sessions.
- Evenings and cultural activities that stay in people's minds, from Sacromonte flamenco to viewpoints looking out over the mountains.
- A programme built around your group, from the size of the room to the airport transfers.
Airport access
Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport (GRX): about 17 km from the centre of Granada. A bus line connects the airport to the centre in around an hour; a taxi or private transfer is more direct. We arrange transfers for your group.
Málaga Airport (AGP): about 110 km from Granada by the A-92 motorway, which means more than an hour's drive. It is an option for international flights, with a transfer arranged from Málaga.
Sierra Nevada: the Pradollano resort lies about 33 km from Granada, on the mountain road. We arrange shuttles for stays and for days on the slopes or on the trails.
MICE capacity
The Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de Granada, on the Paseo del Violón in the Zaidín district, is the city's main congress centre. It has a main auditorium and modular rooms, suited to plenaries, workshops and parallel sessions. We confirm the set-up and the capacity of each room when you send your request.
For small committees, private dinners and more intimate meetings, the historic centre offers other settings, and we choose the place that suits the size of your group.
Seasonality
- Spring (April to June) and autumn (September to November): the most pleasant periods in Granada, with mild temperatures for walking tours.
- Summer: the heat settles in the city. We favour early-morning visits and evenings, and the mountains for the cooler air.
- Winter: ski season at Sierra Nevada, roughly from December to April, depending on snow cover. A snow incentive is planned around the resort's calendar and conditions at the time.
- Alhambra: tickets should be booked in advance, especially in high season. We build them into your programme as soon as your dates are set.
