Axpe (Atxondo), Biscaye

Asador Etxebarri is a wood-fire grill in Axpe, in the Atxondo valley of Bizkaia. The kitchen lets the embers speak: meat and fish cooked over charcoal, served as a tasting menu or à la carte, for the whole table to share. The restaurant welcomes guests at lunchtime, Wednesday to Sunday. Each booking seats two to six guests, for an intimate table where everyone feels well looked after.
