Sa Pedrera d'es Pujol

Sa Pedrera d'es Pujol is a restaurant in Sant Lluís, in east Menorca, where traditional regional cooking is refined with modern Menorcan touches. Can Burdó

Fornells

Can Burdó is a historic address in Fornells, opened in 1872 as a « casa de comidas ». It counts among Menorca's most venerable tables, and was one of the first to serve caldereta to the travellers making their way to the village. The cooking stays rooted in the region: lobster caldereta, spiced mussels and fish dishes, in the spirit of the fishing villages. Visitors come back for the caldereta, and the setting of the village is a pleasure to linger over.

The restaurant of the Catalonia Mirador des Port, in Maó, faces the port and the bay of the town. The dining room is bright, with direct views over the water; the restaurant serves live cooking at breakfast and dinner from April to September, and evening tapas from October to March.
