Can Burdó

Fornells

Can Burdó is a historic address in Fornells, opened in 1872 as a « casa de comidas ». It counts among Menorca's most venerable tables, and was one of the first to serve caldereta to the travellers making their way to the village. The cooking stays rooted in the region: lobster caldereta, spiced mussels and fish dishes, in the spirit of the fishing villages.
