Frequently asked questions
How does this programme allow for jet lag?
Day 1 has no working session: arrivals are staggered, we meet every flight at Barajas, we ask for rooms from arrival where the hotel allows, the afternoon stays light and dinner is simple and early. The plenary starts the next morning, with rested participants. For very early or very late flights, we adapt the welcome and lunch.
What is the ideal length given the flight time?
Four days and three nights give two full working days after a first day of adjustment, and a short closing morning before the return. If your teams come from far away, we can add a night before or after, so that the journey weighs less on the seminar.
Can the seminar be combined with a few days of sightseeing?
Yes. Many teams use such a long trip to extend their stay. Toledo is under half an hour from Madrid by high-speed train, and we can arrange a private visit of the Prado or other outings before or after the seminar.
Which flights serve Madrid-Barajas?
Madrid is Spain's main hub towards the Americas. According to the destinations list published by Aena, the airport has direct links to many cities in North and South America, as well as to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha in the Gulf. For Asia, Aena lists direct services to several East Asian cities, including Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing and Shanghai. For Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh City, services vary by season and often involve a connection. Routes change, so we recommend confirming them with the airlines for your travel dates.
What about visas?
Entry requirements depend on each participant's nationality and the length of stay. Please check with the Spanish consulate in your country and the official website of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, start the process early, and we will supply the event details useful for your applications.
How do you handle arrivals from several continents?
We build a flight table per participant and group transfers into time slots, so nobody waits too long at the airport. Workshops mix the regions, and the tapas tour is guided in English and Spanish. Dietary requirements are collected in advance for every meal.
