Frequently asked questions
How does the programme handle jet lag?
Day 1 is deliberately light: staggered arrivals, airport welcome, check-in, rest and a simple, early dinner. The working day takes place on day 2, once the group is rested. Everyone adapts at their own pace, and we favour daylight and gentle activity over intense sessions.
Why plan six days after a long flight?
After a flight of ten to twenty hours, two days are quickly absorbed by travel and recovery. Six days leave room to rest, hold a proper working day, enjoy several discoveries and leave without rushing. A shorter format forces everything to be squeezed in.
What flight connections serve Madrid and Málaga?
Madrid-Barajas receives direct flights from North and South America and from the Gulf (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha), and connections link it with Asia. Routes vary by season: Aena publishes the destination list, and we adapt the programme to your teams' schedules. For the return, Málaga is linked to the main European hubs.
How is luggage handled between several cities?
Our team takes care of suitcases between hotel and station or coach, and on to the next room. The Madrid–Seville train and the road to Marbella involve as little handling as possible, so participants travel light.
Do participants need a visa to come to Spain?
It depends on each participant's nationality and the length of stay. Please check the official sources: the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (exteriores.gob.es) and the European Union immigration portal.
Can we add nights before or after?
Yes. An extra night in Madrid on arrival or in Marbella before departure is easy to add, and we can extend to other cities too. Send us your dates and flights and we will adjust the programme.
