Palladium Hotel Menorca, at Arenal d'en Castell near Es Castell, is the island's largest hotel: its plenary hall Sa Pomada, of 451 m², seats up to 350 people theatre-style, and our teams shape your day's programme with the hotel, from the plenary to free time on the coast.

Barceló Hamilton Menorca, a 4-star adults-only hotel on the Mahón bay, offers three meeting rooms, Sa Taula, Es Talaiot and Sa Naveta, which combine into six configurations. With all rooms together, it hosts up to 215 people for a cocktail. The spa, the rooftop bar and the two outdoor pools punctuate the day.

In Alaior, Menorca Experimental is a 4-star finca hotel with 43 rooms and suites, set on an estate of 30 hectares. Its spa and restaurant partly use produce from the estate, for an intimate and restorative stay.

In Ciutadella, the family-run Hotel Menorca Patricia is 300 m from the centre and 100 m from the port. Its Mahon room, of 85 m², seats 80 in auditorium style: a perfect choice for a team meeting or a small seminar.

In Fornells, a fishing village on the north of the island, Sa Llagosta celebrates lobster, prepared in several ways by Minorcan chef David Coca. Can Burdó, opened in 1872 as a casa de comidas, is among the oldest tables on the island. On the same harbour, Es Cranc serves lobster caldereta and seafood.

In Ciutadella, Mon Restaurant offers author cuisine near the old town, on Paseo de San Nicolás. For a private dinner, the Mirador des Port, in Maó, overlooks the port and the city's bay, with a bright dining room that can be privatised.

In Sant Lluís, Bodegas Binifadet brings together vineyard visits, tastings and dinners, for an evening at the heart of the island.

In the evening, Cova d'en Xoroi, a nightclub and bar set in a cave in the cliff facing the sea, offers a unique atmosphere to discover as a group.

• Sea kayaking from Fornells, at low tide, in the nature reserve of the north coast, on a guided outing.
• Visit to the Binillubet farm, in Es Mercadal, with a demonstration of Mahón cheese-making and a tasting of farm produce.
