One Michelin star, 2026 guide

Back is a one-star Michelin restaurant in Marbella, led by chef David Olivas with sommelier and head of service Fabián Villar. The house cultivates a balance between kitchen, service and wine cellar, where Andalusian wines hold a central place. For a group, the restaurant is a natural fit for a seated dinner with food and wine pairings. We are happy to help with the choice of menu and the set-up of your evening, by phone or email. Los Bandidos

مالقا ومربيلا · Puerto Banús

Los Bandidos is a small restaurant in the Puerto Banús marina, in Marbella. Its classic and innovative cooking, with Scandinavian influences, reworks familiar dishes with careful presentation. Intimate and warm, the restaurant owes much of its charm to its hanging garden. For intimate team dinners, a table reserved in advance creates the feel of a real dinner among friends, in a cosy setting. For a small group, we arrange the table and the welcome with the house, for a refined team dinner by the marina.
