The Cooperativa Agrícola i Ramadera de Menorca runs the Granja Binillubet farm in Es Mercadal, in the centre of the island. The visit includes a presentation of the farm, time with the animals and a cheese-making demonstration. The tasting is served on the porch: farm cheeses, cured meats, breadsticks, a dessert and wine.
It is a simple option for a team that wants to discover Mahón-Menorca cheese, from a fixed meeting point. For a more in-depth programme, we are happy to study a complementary cheese-making workshop for your group.
