A hotel, a restaurant, vineyards and several event spaces are spread across the property, from a terrace among olive trees to a glass-covered greenhouse. The estate hosts private events, receptions and company dinners with elegance. The Jacaranda restaurant, which opens onto the garden, serves group meals with pleasure, and the outdoor spaces come into their own on summer evenings. For your seminar, five spaces are at your disposal, from a cocktail under the olive trees to dinner in the greenhouse. Marc Fosh

Palma

Marc Fosh is a gastronomic restaurant in central Palma, serving Mediterranean cuisine in tasting menus. Service welcomes lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, in a carefully considered atmosphere. For groups, the restaurant has an intimate private room for ten guests, and exclusive hire of the house opens the door to larger tables. The company Fosh Events also organises private meals and events at other venues on the island, tailored to each occasion. An executive dinner or a client meal takes on a special dimension here: the wine pairing, the optional caviar and the chef's signature menus make every service a moment apart. We organise the evening and its details directly with the house.

Ses Tres Germanes is a traditional Mallorcan restaurant on the road from Palma to Inca, in Marratxí, just outside the capital. The menu offers à la carte dishes, a daily set menu and a barbecue grill, prepared with local produce. The venue is a natural choice for group meals and private events: weddings, family celebrations and company dinners. Six rustic indoor rooms and decorated outdoor areas create a warm setting, and its large halls welcome up to 2,000 guests.

Adrián Quetglas is a gastronomic restaurant on the Paseo Mallorca in Palma, where the chef offers a five- or eight-course tasting menu, with an optional wine pairing. The dining room, for around thirty covers, and the sixteen-seat terrace offer a refined setting on the same paseo, ideal for an evening of conversation. DINS Santi Taura is the restaurant of chef Santi Taura, on the ground floor of the El Llorenç Parc de la Mar hotel in Palma's old town. The cooking reworks Majorcan gastronomy from the island's traditional recipes, with seasonal local produce. Dinner is served Tuesday to Saturday, and lunch on Saturday. The tasting menu showcases the house's craft, and two formats are on offer: the chef's bar, where the chef presents each dish, or the tables, for a more intimate moment. Chef Miguel Navarro, trained under Martín Berasategui, signs a refined cuisine listed by the Michelin Guide.
