La Salita is a modern gastronomic restaurant set in a palacete in the Ruzafa district of Valencia, and has held a Michelin star since 2019. Chef Begoña Rodrigo creates imaginative cooking centred on vegetables, fish and seafood, on a menu that evolves over time. The dining room seats up to 60 guests, at lunch as well as dinner, in an elegant and intimate setting.
