La Salita is a modern gastronomic restaurant set in a palacete in the Ruzafa district of Valencia, and has held a Michelin star since 2019. Chef Begoña Rodrigo creates imaginative cooking centred on vegetables, fish and seafood, on a menu that evolves over time. The dining room seats up to 60 guests, at lunch as well as dinner, in an elegant and intimate setting. For a small group that wants to enjoy author cooking at its finest, La Salita offers a table apart, where every dish becomes a conversation. Nou Racó is a restaurant and events complex in the heart of the Albufera natural park, in El Palmar. The restaurant seats 150 and several function rooms overlook the rice fields. It is one of the venues in the area designed for corporate events: its dedicated rooms and spaces host banquets, cocktails and team days. The restaurant serves Tuesday to Sunday, and our team will put together a tailored proposal for each banquet.

Casa Isabel is a rice restaurant on the Malvarrosa seafront in Valencia. The menu brings together paellas and Valencian tapas, fish and seafood dishes, and grilled meats. The dining room seats up to 80 guests, facing the sea. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Sunday for lunch, and happily welcomes groups. It is a perfect table to introduce your guests to the spirit of Valencian rice restaurants, in a warm atmosphere.
