Six-day seminar in Barcelona and Valencia for long-haul groups

A six-day, five-night seminar between two great Mediterranean cities: arrival at Barcelona-El Prat, three nights in Barcelona, a train to Valencia, two nights in Valencia, then departure from Valencia or via Barcelona or Madrid. Day 1 takes jet lag into account: staggered arrivals, airport welcome, a light afternoon and a simple, early dinner. A structured working day at the W Barcelona, a free half-day, Casa Batlló, an Albufera outing with paella and a memorable dinner in each city balance work and discovery. The last day is short, with transfers timed to your return flights.

Frequently asked questions

How does the programme handle jet lag?

Day 1 is light: staggered arrivals, airport welcome, check-in, rest and a simple, early dinner. The seminar takes place on day 2, once the group is rested, and the following days alternate work and discovery.

Why plan six days after a long flight?

A long flight already takes one or two days of recovery. Six days allow time to rest, a structured seminar day, a free half-day, two cities to discover and a stress-free departure.

What connections are there for arriving and leaving?

Barcelona and Madrid receive direct flights from North and South America and the Gulf, with connections for Asia; routes vary by season and are published by Aena. Between the two cities, a train links Barcelona Sants with Valencia in about 3 hours depending on the service. On the way back we time transfers to each flight, from Valencia or via Barcelona or Madrid.

How is luggage handled between two cities?

Our team collects suitcases at the hotel, accompanies them to the station and delivers them to the next hotel. Participants travel with only hand luggage on train day.

Do participants need a visa to come to Spain?

The rules depend on each participant's nationality and the length of stay. Please check the official sources: the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (exteriores.gob.es) and the European Union immigration portal.

Can we add nights?

Yes. An extra night in Barcelona before the seminar or in Valencia before departure is easy to add. Send us your dates and flights and we will adjust the programme.
