La Salita

La Salita is a modern gastronomic restaurant set in a palacete in the Ruzafa district of Valencia, and has held a Michelin star since 2019. Chef Begoña Rodrigo creates imaginative cooking centred on vegetables, fish and seafood, on a menu that evolves over time. The dining room seats up to 60 guests, at lunch as well as dinner, in an elegant and intimate setting. For a small group that wants to enjoy author cooking at its finest, La Salita offers a table apart, where every dish becomes a conversation. Nou Racó is a restaurant and events complex in the heart of the Albufera natural park, in El Palmar. The restaurant seats 150 and several function rooms overlook the rice fields.
