A convention designed for flow
Alphabetical welcome desks, signage in the convention's identity, a plenary and then workshop rooms: for 320 people, what matters most is that everyone knows where to go and when. Each room carried the name of its function, which kept the day smooth.
Workshops by function
Teams split into dedicated workshops: human resources, purchasing, quality, finance, projects, sales and marketing, field services, process engineering and manufacturing, then an action-plan session. Flipcharts and sticky notes to build priorities together.
Terrace, group photo and gala dinner
A networking lunch on the terrace, with a group photo of all 320 participants, then dinner at the Cal Pinxo restaurant by the harbour: paellas, crema catalana and a walk back through Barcelona, all together.
