At 1,800 people nothing can be improvised: arrivals, rooms, meals and transfers form a single system. We built the set-up around these flows before anything else.
One hotel, one programme, one team
The event took place at the Barceló hotel in Huelva, on the Costa de la Luz. Welcome, accommodation, catering and programme were run by a single Solara DMC team, on site for all four days.

Departure matters as much as arrival: we coordinated the final transfers so every participant left without waiting.
