Hotels
Hotels chosen for the way groups actually work
32 hotels
Business hotels
Well connected hotels close to stations, airports and business districts in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Valencia or Bilbao. They suit short meetings, roadshows and participants travelling from several cities.
52 hotels
Conference hotels
Establishments with a ballroom and several meeting rooms under one roof, so that plenary, workshops and meals follow each other without transfers. We propose them for conventions and larger seminars, when capacity and availability allow.
30 hotels
Hotels for incentives and retreats
Fincas, boutique hotels and resorts on the coast or inland, in Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca or the Malaga hinterland, chosen for their setting and service. The programme can run over several days, with activities on site.
Restaurants
Tables for groups, from private rooms to gala dinners
In Spain, dinner is part of the programme, and so are its timings: it often starts after 9 pm. We select restaurants and settings according to group size, dietary needs and the rhythm of the evening, then confirm privatisation, menus and conditions with each venue before including them in a proposal.
- 01
One contact across Spain
A single project manager answers for hotels, venues, transfers, restaurants and activities, whether your programme stays in one city or links Madrid, Seville and Malaga.
- 02
Organisation planned in advance
Bookings, transfers, meal timings, venue access and local constraints are handled in advance, with written contingency plans.
- 03
A simple brief, an expert on the line
Send your dates, headcount and objectives. We come back with a clear proposal stating what is confirmed and what remains subject to availability.
Frequently asked questions
What is a DMC in Spain?
A DMC, or destination management company, is the local operator that designs and runs a corporate programme on the ground: hotels, venues, transfers, restaurants and activities. Solara DMC does this for Spain, as a brand of Groupe AVS.
Which destinations do you cover?
Nine destinations: Malaga and Marbella, Barcelona and its region, Madrid, Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Menorca, Bilbao, Seville and its region (including Punta Umbría) and Valencia. For a programme linking several cities, we organise the journeys between them.
What size of group can you handle?
We organise small leadership teams as well as larger seminars and conventions. The real capacity depends on the destination, the season and the availability of hotels and venues: state your headcount in the brief and we will check what is possible.
How do I start, and how quickly will you reply?
Send a brief with your dates, headcount, an indicative budget and your objectives. We come back to you to refine the programme. The timing depends on the complexity of the request; we do not commit to a fixed timeframe before reviewing your brief.
