The castells, inscribed on UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2010, rely on trust, balance and coordination among dozens of people. The Barcelona-based company Scarlett Entertainment designs team building workshops where participants discover the history of this tradition, then take part in building a human tower.
The workshop suits mid-sized teams and fits naturally into a company programme or seminar. The team's acrobats supervise safety and progression, and we adapt the exercise to the group's level.
To focus on cooperation, the workshop can be extended by a debrief led by you or by the operator, to connect the experience with everyday teamwork.
