The castells, inscribed on UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2010, rely on trust, balance and coordination among dozens of people. The Barcelona-based company Scarlett Entertainment designs team building workshops where participants discover the history of this tradition, then take part in building a human tower.
The workshop suits mid-sized teams and fits naturally into a company programme or seminar. The team's acrobats supervise safety and progression, and we adapt the exercise to the group's level.
To focus on cooperation, the workshop can be extended by a debrief led by you or by the operator, to connect the experience with everyday teamwork.

よくあるご質問
Is any physical experience needed?
The towers are built by trained acrobats, who adapt each step to the group's level. We share the recommendations to pass on to your participants.
Can a group attend a demonstration instead of a workshop?
Yes, we can also design complementary formats, such as a show performance, depending on the goal of your programme.
