Can Burdó

Can Burdó is a historic address in Fornells, opened in 1872 as a « casa de comidas ». It counts among Menorca's most venerable tables, and was one of the first to serve caldereta to the travellers making their way to the village. The cooking stays rooted in the region: lobster caldereta, spiced mussels and fish dishes, in the spirit of the fishing villages. Visitors come back for the caldereta, and the setting of the village is a pleasure to linger over.

Sa Pedrera d'es Pujol is a restaurant in Sant Lluís, in east Menorca, where traditional regional cooking is refined with modern Menorcan touches. The menu gives pride of place to rice dishes, and the shaded terrace invites guests to linger over the meal. Dishes worth savouring include oliaigua, black ink squid rice and crêpe suzette for dessert. The restaurant holds a Sun in the 2025 Guía Repsol, a fine recognition of its cooking.

Torralbenc is a restored rural estate in the interior of Menorca, home to a restaurant serving Mediterranean and Menorcan cooking, in a peaceful country setting. The menu draws partly on the estate's own produce: wine, olive oil, vegetables and eggs. Tables can be booked online or by phone, offering a countryside pause for a memorable meal together.

Mirador des Port

The restaurant of the Catalonia Mirador des Port, in Maó, faces the port and the bay of the town. The dining room is bright, with direct views over the water; the restaurant serves live cooking at breakfast and dinner from April to September, and evening tapas from October to March. The venue is ideal for large tables: the hotel has two divisible rooms, Nura A and Nura B, which together hold close to 100 people. The events team handles the organisation, including catering.
