One Michelin star

La Gaia is a gastronomic restaurant in Ibiza town, on the Paseo Juan Carlos I, led by chef Óscar Molina. Its creative Mediterranean cooking draws its inspiration from the island, and the restaurant holds a Michelin star. Three formats await your guests: a tasting menu of the chef's signature dishes, a tasting menu that evolves around Ibiza, and an à la carte selection. Evening service, from Tuesday to Saturday, carries your dinners well into the night. For a small team dinner or a gastronomic table to offer your clients, La Gaia is an address of choice. We organise the evening and its details directly with the restaurant.
