Market and working time
- Morning: visit of the central market, then a Valencian cooking class of 3 h 30 to 4 h, in groups of 6 to 12 people.
- Shared meal during the class.
- Afternoon: working sessions in the hotel's meeting rooms.
- Free end of day: spa and pools.

Albufera and review
- Morning: guided bike ride towards the Albufera, about 4 h 30, with a horchata tasting, in groups of 4 to 20 people.
- Lunch at Casa Isabel, in Malvarrosa, in its large room of 80 covers.
- Return to the hotel, team review in the meeting room.
- Departure in the late afternoon, or the next day depending on flights.
