Welcome and opening plenary
- Welcome of delegates at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, on the Gran Via avenue, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
- Opening plenary in the Cosmos Ballroom (1,614 m²), in the afternoon.
- Parallel workshops in the meeting rooms, late afternoon.
- Welcome dinner at the Martínez restaurant, on the slopes of Montjuïc, on the terrace if the season allows.

Sessions and excursion
- Parallel sessions in the morning, in the hotel's rooms.
- Lunch on site.
- Afternoon: group visit to Montserrat, half-day or full day depending on the programme.
