DINS Santi Taura

DINS Santi Taura is the restaurant of chef Santi Taura, on the ground floor of the El Llorenç Parc de la Mar hotel in Palma's old town. The cooking reworks Majorcan gastronomy from the island's traditional recipes, with seasonal local produce. Dinner is served Tuesday to Saturday, and lunch on Saturday. The tasting menu showcases the house's craft, and two formats are on offer: the chef's bar, where the chef presents each dish, or the tables, for a more intimate moment. For a group of six or more, we are happy to arrange an evening around this author-driven cuisine, in the heart of Palma.

Marc Fosh is a gastronomic restaurant in central Palma, serving Mediterranean cuisine in tasting menus. Service welcomes lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, in a carefully considered atmosphere. For groups, the restaurant has an intimate private room for ten guests, and exclusive hire of the house opens the door to larger tables. The company Fosh Events also organises private meals and events at other venues on the island, tailored to each occasion. An executive dinner or a client meal takes on a special dimension here: the wine pairing, the optional caviar and the chef's signature menus make every service a moment apart. We organise the evening and its details directly with the house.

Chef Miguel Navarro, trained under Martín Berasategui, signs a refined cuisine listed by the Michelin Guide. Six-, eight- or ten-course menus, plus a vegetarian menu, leave time to savour every creation. The bright and spacious dining room invites an elegant dinner in the calm atmosphere of a grand hotel. For a group, our team takes care of all exchanges with the hotel and shapes a tailor-made evening with you, from the first course to dessert.
