    Welcome and opening plenary

    • Welcome of delegates at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, on the Gran Via avenue, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
    • Opening plenary in the Cosmos Ballroom (1,614 m²), in the afternoon.
    • Parallel workshops in the meeting rooms, late afternoon.
    • Welcome dinner at the Martínez restaurant, on the slopes of Montjuïc, on the terrace if the season allows.

    Sessions and excursion

    • Parallel sessions in the morning, in the hotel's rooms.
    • Lunch on site.
    • Afternoon: group visit to Montserrat, half-day or full day depending on the programme.
    • Free evening.

    Closing and gala dinner

    • Closing plenary in the morning, in the Cosmos Ballroom.
    • Gala dinner at Torre d'Alta Mar, on an exclusive basis, with a view of the harbour.
    • Delegate departures during the day or the next day.

The Cosmos Ballroom measures 1,614 m² and seats up to 1,800 people theatre-style, an ideal setting for a plenary of 600 to 1,200 delegates.

What setting is there for the gala dinner?

Torre d'Alta Mar hosts the gala dinner on an exclusive basis, with a view over the harbour. We arrange the format and the welcome with the restaurant.

Can the group visit Montserrat?

The monastery welcomes group visits, with tickets booked online, and we organise the excursion for your delegates.

Torre d'Alta Mar sits at the top of the Sant Sebastià cable-car tower, on the waterfront of Barcelona's port.
