Cafè Balear is a seafood restaurant on the harbour of Ciutadella, with a terrace facing the port. Its story goes back to the 1970s, when it served fish and shellfish tapas in a small fishermen's tavern, before moving along the harbour in 1995. The kitchen is built around the day's catch, brought in by the house's own boat. Signature dishes include razor clams, lobster stew and fideuà. The restaurant earned One Sun in the 2025 Guía Repsol. A fine setting for a seaside lunch, on the terrace facing the port or in the dining room. We recommend booking to secure a table where you would like to sit.

Sa Llagosta

Fornells

Sa Llagosta is a restaurant on the harbour of Fornells, run by the Menorcan chef David Coca. Lobster is the star here, prepared several ways: traditional caldereta, lobster ceviche, arroz caldoso, dry rice with rabbit and lobster, and a lobster roll. The cooking stays close to the island's traditions, with a modern touch in the presentation. It makes a memorable stop for a group lunch by the harbour, where every guest can discover Menorcan lobster.

Mirador des Port

Maó

The restaurant of the Catalonia Mirador des Port, in Maó, faces the port and the bay of the town. The dining room is bright, with direct views over the water; the restaurant serves live cooking at breakfast and dinner from April to September, and evening tapas from October to March. The venue is ideal for large tables: the hotel has two divisible rooms, Nura A and Nura B, which together hold close to 100 people. The events team handles the organisation, including catering.
