- Transfer from Valencia airport (VLC), arranged by our team, then onward trip to the centre on request
- Check-in at the Hotel Estimar Marina Farnals, on the seafront at Farnals, with its 130 rooms
- Sunset cruise off Valencia, 1 h 30, in groups of 40 people at most
- Dinner at La Pepica, in Malvarrosa, with a closed menu and a private room for the group

Albufera and awards
- Morning: departure by traditional boat on the Albufera, with paella cooked on board (3 to 4 hours, 10 to 40 people)
- Transfer to Malvarrosa
- Closing lunch at Casa Carmela, in a private room, with the awards ceremony
- Departure in the late afternoon, or the next day depending on flights
