- Welcome at the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento, Avenida Álvaro Alonso Barba, with a cocktail in the Atrio 3 (700 m²) or the Foyer (635 m²).
- Opening plenary in the Sevilla room (1,024 m², up to 1,200 people theatre style).
- Parallel sessions in the hotel's smaller rooms, in the afternoon.
- Welcome dinner at Taberna del Alabardero, a 19th-century house with indoor salons and gardens.

- Morning: parallel sessions and thematic workshops.
- Group visit to the Real Alcázar of Seville, outside opening hours, one hour at most, arranged on request with the Patronato (groups of 1 to 150 people).
- Closing aperitif at the bar of Eslava, calle Eslava, for a subgroup.
