- Welcome at the NH Collection Villa de Bilbao, on the Gran Vía in the Abando district.
- Seminar opening in the hotel's largest room, up to 180 people.
- Workshops in working groups in the afternoon.
- Free dinner, to discover Bilbao at your own pace.

Sessions and Guggenheim visit
- Morning sessions at the hotel.
- Visit to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao on a reserved one-hour slot, with the group's own guide or the museum's. The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00, and we plan your slot well in advance.
- Dinner at Zortziko, on the Alameda de Mazarredo, near the Guggenheim, with group menus.

- Feedback sessions from the working groups.
- Closing plenary.
- Lunch, then departures, with transfers arranged by our team.

Yes: we organise the visit for your group of 40 on a reserved slot, working directly with the museum.
Can the dinner be privatised?
Zortziko has a room for 45 to 50 people, a private room for 6 to 10 and a cellar for 4 to 8. We will suggest the format best suited to your team.
