- Launch in the hotel's main room: objectives for the year and presentation of what is new
- Lunch at Caribe II, in El Rompido, a relaxed format built around rice dishes
- Afternoon: workshops by sales territory, in the hotel's meeting spaces

Fieldwork and action plan
- Morning: 2 h 30 kayak outing in the marshes of Punta Umbría, in groups of 12 people at most
- Lunch at Chiringuito El Tiburón, in Punta Umbría, on the terrace

- Departure at the end of the afternoon

The hotel offers a main meeting room and meeting and banquet spaces. We ask the hotel for a room layout suited to 80 people.
Can the kayak outing take the whole team?
Each outing takes 2 to 12 people. For 60 to 80 participants, we organise several departures in the morning, alternating with the workshops.
Is the hotel open on all dates?
