Día 1
Day 1: arrival in Talamanca
- Arrival at Ibiza airport, with a transfer to the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay arranged by our team
- Check-in to the 152 rooms and suites, with direct beach access
- Beach lunch at Es Torrent, Sant Josep de sa Talaia
- Free afternoon, then welcome dinner at the hotel's Nobu restaurant

Day 2: day at sea towards Formentera
- Departure from Ibiza port (Marina Botafoch) by catamaran to Formentera, Explorer or Full Experience option, for a full day at sea of about 10 to 12 hours
- Swimming stops at S'Espalmador then Ses Illetes, paddle surf and meals on board depending on the option
- Return to Talamanca at the end of the day, free time at the hotel

Day 3: gala evening
- Gala dinner at Estragón, Santa Eulalia, tasting menu served to the whole table (Semillas or Raíces)
- Evening at Nikki Beach Ibiza, Santa Eulalia, in the summer season, arranged through our events team
- Return to the hotel in Talamanca late in the evening

Day 4: closing lunch and departure
- Free time on the hotel beach in the morning
- Closing lunch at Es Boldado, Cala d'Hort, at the group's request
- Free time, then transfers to the airport

Can the boat be reserved for the group?

Yes. We arrange the outing with the operator Formentera Wonders, which offers private charters for up to 12 people; for a larger group, we arrange the sailing with them.

When is the best time for this programme?

The programme comes fully alive from May to October, in the heart of the summer season. Outside that period, we offer an alternative gala evening at a restaurant.

Is the gala menu reserved for the team?

Estragón serves its tasting menu to the whole table, and we arrange the evening for your group.

Its bullit de peix, black rice and baked lobster are especially loved, over a lunch facing the water. Tables set facing the sunset offer a gentle pause, at the pace of the beach. The kitchen showcases seafood and fish, with generous platters to share. For a group, our team arranges the menu and the flow of your lunch with the restaurant, so everyone can savour the moment by the sea.

Estragón is the fine-dining restaurant of chef Álvaro Sanz, in Santa Eulalia del Río. Two tasting menus are served to the whole table: Semillas, nine courses in about two hours, and Raíces, twelve courses over almost three hours. Wine pairings are available, and the cellar holds more than 250 references. The restaurant is preparing its move to the Insotel Fenicia hotel in Santa Eulalia del Río, with a return announced for 2027. A long dinner at a single table builds real complicity among your guests. It is ideal for a small group that comes for fine cooking and conversation, and wants the evening to feel like a true occasion.
