A 5-star hotel set in a former military fortress, at Cala Blava on Palma bay. About thirty rooms make up this retreat, twenty minutes from the centre of Palma. For groups, the restaurant has an intimate private room for ten guests, and exclusive hire of the house opens the door to larger tables. The company Fosh Events also organises private meals and events at other venues on the island, tailored to each occasion. An executive dinner or a client meal takes on a special dimension here: the wine pairing, the optional caviar and the chef's signature menus make every service a moment apart. We organise the evening and its details directly with the house.

Open for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday, and for dinner on Friday and Saturday. Closed on Mondays.
