Day 1: arrival and working session
- Arrival at ME Ibiza, a 200-room hotel, and check-in
- Working session in one of the three meeting rooms: 120 seats theatre-style, 95 classroom, 80 U-shape
- Working lunch at the hotel
- Small-group dinner at Sa Punta, Talamanca, with dinners and cocktails, and a private hire we are happy to arrange

Day 2: priorities and wellness break
- Morning working session on priorities and the action plan
- Wellness break: yoga class at the Atzaró spa, with transfer arranged by our team
- Closing lunch and departure
