A dream setting, designed for good work
To welcome the Happn teams, we chose the Hotel Guadalmina, a lovely 4-star beachfront hotel in Marbella. The kind of place where you drop your bag and instantly breathe a little easier:
- elegant, bright rooms with top-level comfort;
- pools, a fully equipped meeting room and restaurants that make you want to linger over dinner;
- the beach a short stroll away, to enjoy the Mediterranean between two sessions.
The whole stay played on that balance: productive mornings, then sea and sunshine.
Meetings that build momentum
Leaders and team members came together for several key moments:
- sharing the company's results and major projects;
- discussing upcoming goals and strategic initiatives;
- debating openly, in a collaborative and constructive spirit.
Valuable time to get everyone behind the same vision, and to leave with a very visible shared energy.
Setting sail on the Mediterranean
The moment everyone was waiting for: a full day aboard a sailing catamaran along Marbella's most beautiful beaches.
- Swimming breaks in crystal-clear water, sheltered by the coast.
- Banana boats, donuts and water-skiing for a healthy dose of laughter and adrenaline.
The kind of day that creates shared memories and brings teams closer far better than any speech.
