Arrival and first session
- Welcome at Mahón airport (MAH), then a transfer of about 8 km to the Barceló Hamilton Menorca
- Opening session in the hotel's rooms, which combine according to the number of participants
- Lunch at the hotel, in a format suited to your group
- Afternoon: workshops in small groups in separate rooms
- Group dinner at the Mirador des Port, in Maó, in the Nura rooms

Working session and visit
- Morning: workshop feedback and action plan in the main room
- Guided visit of the Torre d'en Galmés (about 75 min) or the Naveta des Tudons (about 45 min), organised by the Fundació Foment del Turisme
- The Torre d'en Galmés welcomes up to 20 people per visit, so we split the group across two slots if needed
- Lunch at Ses Forquilles, in Maó, with a room upstairs
- Close and departure in the late afternoon

Can the hotel's rooms hold the whole group at once?
The hotel can host up to 215 people for a cocktail, with all rooms combined. We define with the hotel the layout, theatre or classroom style, according to the number of participants.
Can the dinner take place in a private space?
The Mirador des Port hosts group dinners in the Nura rooms, and a space can also be hired without catering. We arrange the terms with the venue.
Can the whole team attend the talayotic visit?
Yes, by spreading the group across several slots, as the Torre d'en Galmés welcomes up to 20 people per visit. We organise these slots for your team.
