The Albufera is a lake and natural park south of Valencia, lined with rice fields and the home of the traditional paella valenciana. This package combines a boat trip on the lake with a paella lunch served at El Palmar, a fishing and rice-farming village in the park.
It suits groups who want a half-day outside the city without complex logistics. Our team arranges your group and its programme, from boarding to the last coffee.
This is a dining and nature experience rather than a hands-on cooking class: everyone savours the paella in the very setting where the dish was born.

よくあるご質問
Can this trip be booked for a corporate group?
Yes. Our team arranges the trip for your group, checking the size and availability for the day you choose.
Do guests need to know how to cook paella?
No. The format is a lunch rather than a workshop: guests enjoy the paella without cooking it. A hands-on workshop can be arranged if your group would like one.
