Planning a corporate seminar in Ibiza: seasons, venues and ideas

Ibiza offers your teams a rare setting: a Mediterranean island with very different faces, where a plenary in a large hall can be followed by a working session by the water within minutes.

Ibiza airport (IBZ) is the gateway to the island and serves each of our venues. Our teams take care of the welcome on arrival, then the transfers to your hotel and to the sites of your programme, including on the north coast, at Portinatx and Na Xamena.

The south of the island welcomes large groups, the town suits working seminars, and the north offers more intimate stays. Each programme is shaped around the size of your group and the rhythm of your days.

Spring and autumn are the most pleasant times to bring a group to Ibiza, with bright days and mild evenings. Most of our venues open for the beautiful season, from April to October.

• April to October: the reference season. The Ibiza Gran Hotel welcomes groups from April to October, and the Six Senses opens from April to November.
• June to September: high season, lively and bright. The coastal resorts are in great demand, so we recommend booking early.
• May and October: ideal periods, which the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay recommends for seminars.

Summer brings the island and its evenings to life. We align your dates early to secure the best availability, both at the venues and at the excursion sites.

The Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza, at Playa d'en Bossa, hosts the largest plenaries in the selection: its main hall, of 695 m², seats up to 650 people theatre-style, with a convention centre and a theatre on site.

The Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, in the same area, offers its Woodstock hall of about 569 m², well suited to conventions and gala evenings.

The Ibiza Gran Hotel, in the heart of Ibiza town, has a Gran Salón of about 375 m² and three workshop rooms: an urban setting, ideal for a working seminar.

On the north coast, the Six Senses Ibiza, at Portinatx, combines its Market Hall of about 295 m², a rooftop terrace and a private cinema seating 60, for a group that wants an exclusive resort.

Finally, the Atzaró, a luxury agritourism estate set on about 13 hectares, opens its ceremony garden, pavilions and salons for launches, talks and dinners for smaller groups.

For a team dinner, Estragón, in Santa Eulalia del Río, brings together chef Álvaro Sanz and two tasting menus shared across the whole table: a gastronomic address, ideal for closing a working day.

Casa Jondal, on the beach at Cala Jondal, serves seafood and modern Mediterranean cooking with the sand almost underfoot. For a terrace evening, the Eden restaurant at Hacienda Na Xamena, on the north-west coast, looks out to sea from its Los Nidos rooftop and can be privatised for your group.

Sa Capella occupies a restored 16th-century chapel in the hills above Sant Antoni de Portmany, for a dinner with a truly distinctive atmosphere.

If your group wants to carry the evening on, we can open the island's best-known venues for you: Nikki Beach Ibiza on the east coast, and Ushuaïa, Pacha or Hï for club nights.

• Guided visit of the Dalt Vila, Ibiza's fortified old town, with a local guide, at sunset if your programme allows.
• A day at sea to Formentera from Ibiza, with swimming, paddle surfing and a meal on board, for a group that wants to get together differently.
• Guided visit and tasting at the Can Rich winery, in Sant Antoni de Portmany, with wines and a herb liqueur from the island.
• Sea kayaking and sea caves at Cala Xarraca, on the north coast, on a guided outing with snorkelling and a beach break.
