A hotel above the bay
The 110 participants stayed at the 4-star Meliá Calvià Beach: rooms with balconies, three outdoor pools, direct beach access and an equipped meeting room for the half-day work sessions.
A catamaran cruise
A day on the water: sailing to turquoise coves, swimming stops and lunch on board. Optional activities rounded out the experience: speedboat, banana boat and parasailing.
Evenings by the sea
Dinner at Anima Beach Club with its ocean view, then dinner and a party by the water at Balneario Illetas, with a DJ. A last lunch at Varadero, overlooking Palma's harbour and cathedral.
