Its main dining room, with period decor, serves classic Madrid cooking, and the house also takes orders for its pastries and products. A set of private rooms, grouped under the name « Los salones », lets a group dine apart from the main room, in the intimacy of a private salon. Two days of client meetings in Madrid, closing with dinner at Lhardy, then two days in Barcelona, with a dinner at Cinc Sentits.
