Coque is the restaurant of the Sandoval brothers, on Marqués del Riscal in Chamberí, holding two Michelin stars. The tasting journey starts at the cocktail bar, moves through the different rooms and ends in the dining room. The “Eat with Art” menu pairs each course with a contemporary artwork. It is an experience best shared, moving from space to space, with the staging that is the house's signature. Asador Real has been welcoming guests since 1996 on the Plaza de Isabel II, a short walk from the Teatro Real and the Plaza de Oriente. Its Castilian cooking is built around wood-oven roasts: milk-fed lamb, Segovian suckling pig, as well as grilled fish, red meat and Iberian bellota ham. The restaurant offers three private rooms, Príncipe, Medieval and Real, along with reserved areas and a summer terrace.
