Arrival at the estate
- Welcome at the Menorca Experimental, in Alaior, on a 30-hectare estate a few minutes' walk from Cala Llucalari beach
- Relaxed afternoon: spa with bespoke treatments, hammam, sauna and pool
- Programme presented to the team at the bar or in a lounge of the hotel
- Dinner at the estate restaurant, which partly cooks with produce from the property

Sea and sunset
- Morning: half-day guided sea kayak outing from Fornells, in groups of 12 people at most
- Lunch at Can Burdó, in Fornells: lobster caldereta and fish dishes
- Late afternoon: sunset session at the Cova d'en Xoroi, in a VIP box for 8 or 16 people
- Free dinner in Alaior or at the hotel

Local produce and departure
- Morning: visit of the Binillubet farm at Es Mercadal, animal presentation and Mahón cheese-making demonstration
- Tasting under the veranda: farm cheeses, cured meats, dessert and wine

The kayak outing takes 12 people at most per guided group. For 40 participants, we organise several departures across the half-day.
