Initium is a recently renovated events venue, between landscaped gardens and a large glass-walled hall opening onto the garden. Natural light and a restrained design allow a wide range of set-ups, from a corporate seminar to a gala dinner.
The outdoor areas, with a cocktail zone of around 200 m² and a marquee space, complement the main hall for garden receptions. Catering is by Artigot Catering, with creative or fully plant-based options, and a private car park with 150 spaces makes access easy for your guests.

Initium is about ten minutes from Plaza de Castilla, on the Colmenar road, between the Autonomous University and Monte de Valdelatas. A private car park with 150 spaces is available on site.
